From Browsing Centre Owner to Organic Farmer: Mr. Guruvaran’s Inspiring Journey into Sustainable Farming

Meet Mr. Gurubaran, a former browsing centre owner with over 20 years in the business. A self-proclaimed computer geek, he spent 8-10 hours a day in an air-conditioned room, leading to a sedentary lifestyle and health issues.

His life took a dramatic turn when he discovered Nammazhavar, a pioneer in organic farming. After an intensive one-week organic farming training, he was shocked to learn about the harmful pesticides and chemicals commonly used in conventional farming. This realization sparked a mission to find agricultural land and embrace sustainable farming practices.

Meet Mr. Srinivasan & Mrs. Sudha Srinivasan, a visionary couple from Selaiyur, Tambaram, who aspired to own 2 acres of farmland with a dedicated water facility. After an extensive 2-3 years of land search, they finally connected with Mr. Jayachandran, the founder of Green Garden Group, a trusted name in real estate and agricultural land development. 

Meet Mr. Jay Kumar from Iyyapanthangal, Porur, Chennai, an esteemed advocate who embarked on a quest to find the ideal farmland investment. His search for the perfect land for sale in Tamil Nadu often ended in disappointment—either due to unreliable salespeople, inaccurate documentation, or dissatisfaction with the land itself.
